Jumbo the Elephant | The Circus

Jumbo the Elephant's story is a tragic one of exploitation by the circus in the late 1800s. Sharon Grimberg, the writer/director/producer of our film THE CIRCUS, introduces you to Jumbo. The elephant was purchased from a zoo in London and became a money-maker for P. T. Barnum, even after his death.
