Björn Bruce is the Rental Director of Big Bear Mountain Resorts with locations in Bear Mountain, Snow Valley and Snow Summit. 6 years ago, they did their first remodel with Reichmann. Since then, 3 locations have been remodeled and all equipped with Reichmann rental systems.
The remodeling significantly improved the efficiency and output of the rental shops. The shops received a very well-though-out structure with large storage capacities in the racks and very quick and easy access to the equipment for the staff. This way, much more people can be served. At the main shop in Snow Summit the staff can now handle an amount of 400 rentals an hour.

Durch die Umgestaltung wurden die Effizienz und die Leistung der Skiverleih-Betriebe erheblich gesteigert. Der Verleihbereich wurde neu strukturiert und die platzsparenden Aufbewahrungssysteme bieten nun eine sehr große Aufbewahrungskapazität mit einfachem und schnellem Zugriff auf das Verleihequipment. So können deutlich mehr Personen in kürzerer Zeit bedient werden. Im Hauptgeschäft in Snow Summit können die Mitarbeiter jetzt 400 Verleihvorgänge pro Stunde abwickeln.
