So basically the album is based off of life regression therapy/ fantasy. Death which is the first track of the album symbolizes her rebirth, void which is the second track of the album is about self reflection, she must self reflect in order to enter the portal into the next world which she enters the portal in tunnel vision.

The kneeling “on a metal grater” part is connected to the confession at a church.
During confession you’ll sit or kneel on a chair or a tuffet.
The tuffet is the metal grater hurting her knees and she can’t get up once she learns to face herself, idk how to word it but I hope it helps ❤
