In Reunion and Turnabout Pearl claims to have ran from Kurain Village to the courthouse, arriving at 9:48 AM.
We had previously seen her in the village the day before, though it's unclear when exactly this takes place. The bare minimum would be 1:00 PM, because the last timestamp before then is 10:34 AM at the detention center, and it takes 2 and a half hours to get between the two locations (as the timestamp right before phoenix leaves to go there initially is 8:02 AM).
However, Phoenix spends a good amount of time investigating before returning to the detention center again, and Pearl isn't willing to leave the village when he leaves. So, I'd say earliest she could decide to leave for the courthouse would be 1:30-2 PM. (The latest we could have seen her was 5:15, because visiting hours for the detention center end at 8, and you'd wanna arrive before the time is up. So the earliest she could have left lies somewhere between those times.)
I want to focus on the earliest time she could leave because it's impossible to figure out when exactly she left if she didn't leave immediately, and also she's already insanely fast as is, and shortening the time makes it worse. it's entirely possible she woke up early to leave and is actually just That Fast)
The trip itself is 2 hours by train, and trains at the time traveled at 175 to 200 mph. Kurain is probably around 350 to 400 miles away from LA, and Pearl has 20.5 hours maximum to reach it.
ABSOLUTE MINIMUM she is running 17 mph for 20 and a half hours straight.
The average 8 year old runs at .1 mph. the fastest person ever was 28 mph.
Pearl is a speedy demon and this should be acknowledged.
