It might be possible to make new breasts with tissues taken from the back and abdomen for patients whose breasts were completely removed. İki seanslı bir yaklaşım ile meme onarımı yapılacaksa, karın bölgesindeki dokulardan mikro cerrahi yöntemiyle tam doku nakli şeklinde ya da mikro cerrahi kullanılmadan saplı doku aktarımı olarak da meme yapımı gerçekleştirilebiliyor.
