    The man we purchased our land from in 1986 used bent steel rods to locate two vains of water. He had the well drilled where the veins crossed. One vein at 60' the other at 200'. We are still using the same well. I believe some people are just more sensitive at finding water.

    My husband's family would put a pin in the eraser part of a pencil and attach a string so the pencil would hang from the string. They then would hover it over a female's upturned wrist. The pencil would swing one way for a boy and the other way for a girl. It would swing the same number of times as the children they had, then would stop. I didn't know they were dowsing, they never thought to expand this out for other questions.

    When I was 14 I found a buried leaking water pipe that was buried about 2 1/2 feet down for my dad. I was rewarded with $5! That was a lot of money back then. :)

    Interesting Stuff... when i used a pendulum to get across a Arroyo in N. Baja swollen with water (to ask if we should try to cross) it did not turn out well for the VW bus we were in, no one died however someone else did trying to cross later that day/evening. we dont play with pendulums any more. just my personal experience. thanks for sharing. aloha

      If you don’t mind, how much have you spent drilling for water ten times? I have raw land and it scares me to think I might have a well driller that would charge me tens and tens of thousands of dollars to find water and still nothing.

    Hello Sir I am ireneo gula I have some questions about your dowsing method, what kind of Rod did you used? It is welding rod or it is a copper rod please kind answer this question sir thanks.

    • @sharryhope
      @sharryhope 4 года назад +2

      You can use either copper or brass for the L rod. I prefer the brass or bronze. You can even use a coat hanger that you bend into an L shape. You can put a quarter inch diameter piece of copper tubing on the rod for a handle if you wish. It does not need a handle however. Have fun finding pipes of any type, lost items in the grass or dirt, a place to dig a water well and various other hidden things. The American Society of Dowsers has dowser classes in most States.

      I’ve had fine luck with just good old metal coat hangars. No needle special metals. Willow wood was what was first used for goodness sakes.

    @12:28 - "it gave me a counter-clockwise", "as long as I use this as my yes, I'll be consistent" - for yes.
    @12:42 - "i need another motion to show me a no" , "that's [for me] where I got my counter-clockwise" - for no.
    So you just spun it counter clockwise said it meant yes, partially interrupted the swinging motion, went back to counter clockwise and forgot you just said it was yes, then said it was no.
    I was giving the video a shot. But I'm going to call out CLEAR and evident bullshit when I see it.

    • @granicero7207

      @@granicero7207 You clearly did not read what I wrote, or you wouldn't have uttered those words. I never contested the subject matter. Jesus people have such low attention span and lack any processing capabilities whatsoever.

      I don't know why I even bother. Logic has no value in society today. Logic is like a dead smelling cat in a neighbors basement. Nobody cares but God where is that smell coming from!????

    I honestly feel that you are taking advantage of people and trying to profit by acting like you have a special power that you can tap into to do this! I had an old timer tell me how to do this year's ago and he tried to make it sound like it was something magical too. I used this system to find several underground pipes and electronic lines. It may be something that is not very well understood but anyone can do it! I have had several friends that didn't believe and as soon as I put the sticks in their hands they had the same results as I did. I have a friend with a septic pump out service that does this everyday to find septic tanks that home owners don't know. It's not magic or a power. Anyone can do this without a doubt!

    • @koltoncrane3099
      @koltoncrane3099 4 года назад +2

      I don’t think it’s a special power, but I do know some people that have tried dowsing and can’t do it even though their friend right by them is doing it. So I don’t know if everyone can do it.
      I don’t think the guy is taking advantage of people. It’s like paying to go to a place to throw axes or watch a movie. It’s more for the experience or entertainment. Otherwise people would just use google or RUclips and learn it for free.

    • @29purdy
      @29purdy 4 года назад

      @@koltoncrane3099 I will say that I have always just used basic steel rods. And if you don't hold them properly how it won't work. From what I have found you have to hold them as loosely as possible and very slightly tipped down. With them held slightly tipped down gravity keeps them pointed forward until you come upon an item that seems to hold the tips of the rods in one place. If you don't hold them properly you won't notice a result. I have always wanted to try rods like I've seen in Northern Hydraulics sales book that are held in bearings so no matter how tightly you hold them won't matter. Also the rods are essentially antennas that telescope out making them very easy to carry.

    • @cygnus1965
      @cygnus1965 3 года назад +1

      Nope If you don’t believe in it you can’t do it. It’s a subconscious deal. I’ve been able to use it very well for most of my life. Couple
      Friends that say it’s complete bull can’t do it. It doesn’t work for them. So those people you say had it work
      For them must have believed.
