Beautiful and practical satchels, thank you for sharing :) interesting to know that they use leathers of different thickness, I suppose the good thing about it is that thinner leather makes a lighter bag. I am thinking about trying their magnetic closure satchels, a smaller size maybe. Love both of your colors!
need4speedy Hey gorgeous, thank you for watching. I suppose it's not bad being lighter. The magnetic closure satchels are more practical. Would you get the 11"? What colour would you consider?
YUNIQ Today I somehow ended up having no go-to small black crossbody handbag, so while I am pining after a Mulberry Lily in Black Glossy Goat with nickel hardware, I am thinking of getting an 11" black satchel. It turns out that LV Pochette Accessories NM fits perfectly into 11" satchel, so that I don't have to transfer my things and they are securely zipped in case my bag take a tumble (happens a lot to me, lol). I too have a weakness for "made in England" bags :)
need4speedy That's an interesting thing to know. I love the 11". For some reason without the little card slot in the front it makes the satchel so much more cute. I saw this 'tea rose' colour they currently have and it's a bit similar to the honeysuckle I mentioned. So tempting.... They're so affordable and robust. Mine keeps rolling off the front passenger seat and normally my bags are open when I get in the car, so now I put the seat belt on them all the time lol. I appreciate everything made in England. It's special =)
Yeah, it seems to be inevitable with these satchels. I have heard others have the same problem. It doesn't bother me too much as long as the straps don't completely break.
Oh ok, becoz i found a site and their satchel are completely laminated leather strap and it was awesome, beautifully made with wrapped in, that's kinda of like a little pop-up. I'm kind of love their handstitched.
There are other satchel companies out there and you'll have to go with what you really like. I've always wanted a Cambridge Satchel. I love the way they look, the option of colours and it's made in GB. What's the other satchel company you are referring to?
Angelinabug Hello. I don't have a Macbook, but I don't think the 13" will fit in the 13" Cambridge Satchel, even when the leather softens. You might want the 15" instead. You might be able to fit the Macbook into the 14" after the leather has softened but I don't think it'll leave you with a lot of room, so 15" would be the safer option. Hope this helps. Thank you for watching =)
