Thank you for this sermon, I have often got into this conversation with my husband, who is Muslim, I went to Hope of the World website and got this whole sermon and shared it with my husband, he listened to the whole sermon, he said it was a perfect sermon, well, he didn't like the part that said about the Muslims reacting to something, but, he is Muslim and listening to something not the Quran makes him sensitive, but, he listened to the whole sermon with an open mind and heart. I am praying for my husbands salvation and for the Muslim people. Pray for him with me. I see the Lord working. I actually got to read Revelation to him, he fell asleep to me reading. He asked questions before falling asleep, he even said he learned something new. God is working. Praise God.

Another way of explaining Gods trinity is time. In time there’s past, present, future but they’re all time, you can’t take one out cause then there’s no time. Also water, water is liquid, water can be solid “ice”, and it can be steam but it’s all H2O. Another way is that we are made to Gods image, we are also trinity, we are body, soul and spirit, all 3 of those things make 1, us. Praying for you and your husband sister, God bless you

I live in America while we wait, immigration requires it. I often share the gospel with him. He has true interest, for he has had questions. I see God working , thanks for prayers 🙏

Yes... Even we are a trinity... we have a body, a soul and a mind. Another way to put it is a person can be a father to a child, an accountant, and a husband.... 3 functions in one, yet one person.
As someone who loves math, I can't help but show the following:
Required to Prove (RTP):
1 × 1 × 1 = 1
Taking the left hand side (LHS):
1 × 1 × 1
= (1/1) × (1/1) × (1/1)
= (1 × 1 × 1) / (1 × 1 × 1)
= (1^3) / (1^3)
= 1^(3-3)
= 1^0
= 1 ... QED
1 is a prime number - only divisible by itself. By the time you get to line 5, you realize that all of them have the same power so none is superior to the other; individual with different functionalities throughout the proof; all providing the same purposeful result. Also,no matter the other routes you take, the same result will be the outcome. God is obviously not limited to numbers, but it's beautiful to see that characteristic about Him in one of the aspects of life that results from Him.

Why no mention of the holy spirit here. Because once he is physically present there is no need. The holy spirit was given to the apostles due to his absence

Matthew 19:5,6 Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’? So they are no longer two but one flesh. I interrupted this as to become one with child since a child carries both mother & the fathers genes & through that child they become as one. So I can see the three become as one through the child, very similar 🧐good sermon. God speaks so deep. I love the word.

I picture God as a last name for three family members, God the father the Holy Spirit the wife and Jesus the son, all three are separate but also all three have the last name: God, and together they are the family: God, and without one they arnt a complete family, Also cooly, the church is the sons bride, and in a sense the bride gains the last name of the husband, that’s how I picture things anyway…
So disappointed you didn't use St. Patrick's method of explaining the Trinity. The Shamrock has three leaves, but it one plant. Sorry, I don't know the details, but shouldn't be too hard to look him up. Love your sermons!
Brilliant man of God.
I like the analogy of the family. There are more than one person in a family. It can be 2 or 3 or 10, but in the end the family is one. A father, a mother and a kid(s). Each member of the family has his own person hood. But together, they make up one family. When the Lord saves us we are called to be one with the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. The body is a unit, though it is composed of many parts. And although its parts are many, they all form one body. So it is with Christ. So it is with the family of God. And so it is with the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost - the first family - one.

How odd to me that anyone can think that God needs to be packing himself around in three packages. You are Body. Soul, and spirit. Are you in three packages? No! But you are made in his image.
So when God said, let us make man in our image. He was talking to the son and the Holy Spirit. That's why we are triune being spirit, soul and body. Man, that's some good stuff.
Hi there, I feel I need to correct your thoughts here. When God said, "let us make man in our image." He wasn't talking to the Son and H/Spirit as They already knew what God was saying, He was talking to the sons of God who were with Him in the garden of Eden at that time. I'm sure Jonathan Cahn would agree with me here. The Trinity of God are three distinct person in one divine essence, therefore God would have no need to talk to Himself as the three together are omniscient, all knowing. I hope this clarifies the divinity of God for you a bit more.

Although Jesus demonstrated what the Father is like, he was still a separate being. It didn't need him to be part of a triune God, in order to show what his father was like. Just as a human son can show a likeness of his father, without having to be the same being. We read of Jesus beginning his existence in Mary's womb as promised by the angel, and living his life as a human, just like us. The difference being, that he was sinless, and God highly exalted him after the resurrection with immortality and power.

So when we become spiritual beings in new spiritual bodies we all become Echad/ One!

When you understand metaphysical concepts like substance and essence, you don't need any fancy mathematical equations to figure out the three divine Persons who comprise the Triune God. The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are _homoousios._

The Holy Spirit showed me this many years ago. Anything He shows me I always know is the truth.
Easy Way to Understand the Trinity: Another way to understand the Trinity is to use the tetrahedron as a simple model: a tetrahedron has four sides to it. God reveals himself in the scripture four main ways: God; the Father; the Son; & the Holy Spirit. Take a tetrahedron made with four triangles made out of clear glass. Mark each side by itself as such. The tetrahedron when viewed straight up face on will show only one of these four. Sometimes God reveals himself in the scripture as such. Then look at the different combinations made when the tetrahedron is viewed at different angles. Looking down on it from the top, the viewer will see the facets marked Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. This is how God revealed himself at Jesus' baptism. The Son went into the water, the Father spoke from heaven, and the Holy Spirit in the form of a dove came down Luke 3:21-23. There are 14 such combination views of God in the scripture where two or three facets are in evidence at the same time. All four sides can be seen at the same time in Isa. 9:6: "For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace." The "God" facet is mentioned as "Mighty God". The "Father" facet is mentioned as "Everlasting Father". The "Son" facet is mentioned as "Child, Son, His Shoulder, His Name, Prince of Peace". The "Holy Spirit" facet is mentioned as "Wonderful Counselor" since the Holy Spirit is our counselor in John 14:26. Using this model of God explains many difficult passages, such as "I and My Father are one” John 10:30. The tetrahedron is one solid object. The distinction between the facets is only surface deep. The scriptures teach that God is One in Deut. 6:4. A person holding this tetrahedron model in his hand will only have one object in his hand. Another is "He who has seen Me has seen the Father; so how can you say, ‘Show us the Father’? John 14:9b. To look through the clear facet of the Son over to the other side facet of Father. This shows both at the same time, an enigmatic scripture resolved. Using this tetrahedron as a model will explain how God appears in the scripture. This model makes easy the interpretation of numerous difficult, hard to understand, and enigmatic verses.
Interesting. How about the 12 tribes, always 12 but so many variations?
