fyi, you will need to swap the counter shaft needle bearing from a2 to z1/z3 bearing. the shaft is 5mm smaller on the z1/z2 shaft. note: you mentioned it at 22:55 :)
Hey, what is your experience with the synchrotech synchros etc, seen people complain that the carbon line breaks up and synchros fail prematurely, any input since you used them for longer time?❤
Hey Serg, im assembling my tsx transmission and was trying to install the shift selector but noticed only 3 of the 4 shifter fork slots lined up, did I do something wrong? I put a flat head in to see if I could move the sliders around to get the forks to line up in a row but it wouldn't budge.
@ 22:55, so i got that bearing for my fg2 trans & i got 04 rsx type s internals, but the bearing isn’t fitting onto the output shaft. What did i do wrong?
I have a 2010 Honda accord manual i4, it come with a 4.3 final drive. I would like to put a lsd and 4.7 final drive, will it work because the gears are smaller
i'm in the process of putting an accord 5 speed in my daily ep3. tall 5th gear and 4.3 final. while building a 4.7 lsd 6 speed from an 08 si for my other ep3.

Just curious, but what would happen if you didn't do this? I just got done with this job but didn't change the bearing. It drives fine so far...

I just had my transit part tried to put it back together and I could not get that snap ring in place can there be any reasons why
I want to rebuild my K20z3 transmission but want a better ratio for highway top speed should I change the diff out

If you need a another main shaft and 1/2/3/5/6 let me know, I broke 4th in my stock trans but rest were good. I do need them so make me a offer..
Any chance you know the size of the shim? The one that goes between bearing and 6th gear?? I need to order one.

I'm new here you running a 6 speed?
I don't think you need it that Final drive when your engine is making a lot of power and torque
Will give you better acceleration but worse mpg
