David, would you kindly explain how to toggle it off, then on for regular internet? Please read my comment at the top of this video---you might be the kind soul who helps me. I made a mistake and it booted automatically (way before I saw this video), and when I tried going back to regular work on my MacOs, it made a horrible mess in getting back---took me three hours to try to manually enter DNS, bridge, etc. (I am not savvy on many things, but can usually figure it out--I couldn't---but if you could try to easily navigate me to "Direct Connecting," and take me to ending the VPN and going back to regular internet---I'd really appreciate it!
Does proton mail let you access RUclips and does it allow you to create more than 1 account like Google, Microsoft or Gmail/Email use to before they were updated to be more limited.
If you have multiple free ProtonMail accounts, once you choose to upgrade, can you combine them (in a similar view that Gmail offers) without losing your Proton email address handle or contents? Or would you need to sign up for the paid plan initially and set up the multiple addresses then? I've heard different things and still can't find a video or article that says it for certain, would you know?
Please talk a little slower. Not a criticism--just need to take a moment to match your words and find the cursor all the time. Lastly, on a MacOs, I bought the 2yr. plan. Attempted to connect, and it totally messed up my regular internet. Only by the Grace of God could I figure out how to MANUALLY enter bridge, DNS, etc...........ISN'T THERE A WAY TO JUST toggle the VPN on and off? You mentioned the Kill Switch--does this have anything to do with toggle off and on? Please, if you could produce a quick video for MacOs perhaps, or explain how to quickly toggle back and forth as the focus of your video----it would help alot of folks who need the security, but when need arises to go back to regular internet, to QUICKLY, safely go back to it. It was HORRENDOUS trying to figure out how to restore my connection...........I was so upset, I put the whole ProtonVPN aside, and put it in a folder, unused--when I paid for 2yrs. Thanks for any help on this toggle on/toggle off.
Left click the gear icon at bottom of video frame. Pick playback and from that pick a value like 0.75, or 0.50; and now narrator will speak slower. Video will play slower.
What is the point of email verification so have a separate email from another source then you have put the code just create a new proton account that is most idiotic idea ever what if I never have email I only use Proton that one biggest concerns I'm sorry but ether change the verification settings.
As far back as about 2 years ago, Proton DID let you create an account and did not ask for any alternate email or any mobile number, and did not require any verification code. SO has that now changed?

1:36 on the right, you can see the 1 12 24 months. Does that mean that after that date the account is no longer free?
No, that's just for a discount when you pay for that many months upfront
@@minecakechase20 thank you.
I tried to ask a question twice, cannot see my important question here!?
I upgraded to windows 10 and now I can't get proton login page. Any ideas?
Can you only send an email with a password - sorry probably a silly question!

This used to be good. Now they made it gay with requiring another non proton mail adress to "verify"
Your link won't work for me, it keeps resetting to that link but with .me at the end; v annoying
When I heard about PAID PLANS it was the exact moment I yelled F@@K @FF PROTON MAIL
