Hi, I have same laptop, very left LED lighting. I followed your steps but I have B+ (19v) at small RZ13 -56k resistor. It turned out that QZ9 has+5v at its gate which is signal “SUSP”, which coming from QZ8 having 0v at its gate - which is signal “SUSP#” coming from pin 116 of 128pins-controller UE1 (KB9012QF-A3) and UE1 has: pins 9,22,33,67,96,110,111,112 = +3.36volts; pin125=+3.39v, pin102=0volt (all is correct according to schematic). This way that signal “SUSP#” (0v) suspending (blocking) +3VS AND the same way MANY OTHER voltages: +5VS, +1.5VS, +3V_PCH, +VCC_CORE, etc.
I checked UE1 specifications but could not find any info about why UE1 can have that signal (0 volts) on its 116 pin - nothing at all. Any suggestions about that? I checked BIOS battery - it was ok, but I changed it anyway and still no help. (so, present are following: B+, +5VALWP, +3VALWP)

I have a problem with my dell p inspirion3521 I5 as my display got shorted with me at its terminal socket on the display itself so there was a burnt-out at it so also the cable terminal got shorted but the other side terminal is OK now if I buy a new display along with the new cable for it and replace it will the display work or there might be other problems in the mother board because said now with out display screen power light is on but no bees sounds

But repairs like this, lower that level of respect. If I didn't have the part I needed or an equivalent in stock or on a scrap PCB then the customer would be waiting for me to order the part in.

@@Laptop_repair_zone : Over here in the UK, the only people that normally get 1 - 2 hour repairs would be Commercial or Industrial customers and for that sort of repair we have large stocks of parts and a good set of cross reference books. If you don't mind me asking: Where are you based ?.

Thanks for your comment, first check there is any short or not to +3vs and +5vs line, then check 3v pch if this voltage not present to drain then short that mosfet and check.
