the abrupt cuts like in 4:17 and 5:55, and the fast quirky movements make this look like it came from a comedy tv cartoon hahahha "let's finish this brother once and for all" *gets faceplanted to the ground*

The AllSpark does what the one who holds it want to do. Bumblebee in the movie shrink it into a very small cube. I am not sure how Frenzy used it from distance to grow his body and make himself as he was before. Sam used it to destroy Megatron/use it as a power against Megatron. Megatron here used it as a power for himself.

The Decepticons have more dialogue in these 11 minutes and the entire Bay series. I didn't even know what blackout sounded like till now
Yeah, the movie games have a habit of giving characters (especially cons) more personality. Grindor in ROTF is also a good example.
