Hi...First thanks for the video and big congrats on clearing the CPA...22 days for final exam of AUD?????...seems a really really far stretched or should I say simply lucky...a huge chunk of luck...you said watching the video's at 1.5 speed...I hope everybody agrees that it carries a huge ...because learning and mastering a content takes time...1st round takes max time...2nd round more less time...3rd round possibly content is in you...time required whatever it takes and time is usually subjective for every individual as every person is different. Thanks..
Thank you for your comments. I agree, I was lucky to be able to pass quickly. The biggest luck I had was that I wasn't working full-time. I don't think you need to get hang up on the 22 days. The time it takes really depends on many things including the job, experience, family, background, etc., so everyone should take the time they feel comfortable with and not pressure themselves too much to try to pass too quickly. It's just a number that is possible if all the conditions are met and study the right way.
Sure...Just a suggestion...you may add number of hours daily you put in...because considering the material from AICPA for AUD...if one is saying that he/she cleared in 22 days...it must have been at least 8 plus hours minimum...yes exceptions are there and will always be there... @@sugarcpaus2091
Thank you very much! But how do you approach MCQ's without knowing the material, I find it hard sometimes to do MCQ's without some level of understanding. Please share your thoughts.
Thank you for your comments and questions. I watched all the videos first, so I understood the materials a bit. But I usually started around 60% correct, then as I kept doing it, I improved gradually.
I was checking Smartpath on a daily basis, though I cared more about my overall average score on the practice MCQ's and how I was doing on simulations. I did NOT hit all the targets. I was though hitting 70-80% depending on the section.
Thanks! Did you focus on the SIMs in Roger or did you have another test bank? I also have Becker and it seems that their SIMs tend to be better @@sugarcpaus2091
Thank you for your comment and question! I only used tutor mode, but was watching how long it took every time. Initially, I was very slow, but tried not to worry about it, because it's more important to understand than go fast at the beginning. Gradually, I got faster, but never used the timed test mode. That was too much pressure for me :)
Thank you for your comment. I would be hesitant to share the entire notes but can share a few pages as a sample. I'm hesitant because of 2 reasons, 1) my notes aren't perfect and I'm sure there are errors and may mislead you, 2) it's important that you take your own notes and read you own in order to memorize. But again, I don't mind sharing a few pages if you are interested.
You can google CPA review course and find all the major review course materials. I think all the major courses such as Becker and Roger are good. Ninja is very good as a secondary or supplement test bank since they are much cheaper. Best of luck!!
I recommend that you try to set the environment similar to the actual test center. It's been a while since I took the exam, but I believe the room temperature was 72 degrees, and you aren't allowed to take off or put on cloth during the exam. You should also try to take the mock exam the same time of the day as the actual exam. I hope this is helpful, but please let me know if you have any further questions.
Hi, When you started doing tbs, how many sets of mcq did you do on those days along with sims? and also after you took the mock exam, what was your process? Did you take do more mcq and tbs? Did you review your notes more? when did you take the aicpa practice test?
After I started doing sims, I did between 80-120 MCQ's and 5-10 sims per day. After the mock exam, I pretty much kept doing MCQ's and sims. I did do aicpa practice test, that's really helpful, so you should definitely do that. Other than that, nothing special. There is a video on the day before and the day of the exam, so that might be helpful too :)
Thank you for your question. I actually did take notes on missed questions and the questions I got correct by luck. I did this even when I did 80-120 MCQ's per day.
Thank you for your comments, and I'm sorry for my late response as I was traveling. I can give you a page as a sample, but I'm not selling my notes. I think the most important thing is to write you own notes so that it helps you memorize things.
@@sugarcpaus2091 Thank you, I find your tables very useful. Please if you could tell me some table suggestions for the REG exam that I'm now preparing would be of much help, along with any tables that you would be willing to share (maybe the most useful or difficult to build).
The only table I created for REG was the tax treatment on various gains and losses. I can send you that page if you send me an email to mizzotini@gmail.com
Sir I want to ask one thing If I cleared one or more exam of CPA and due to something I couldn't clear my second or third or fourth exam then after this do I have to start again from the first exam or I have to clear that subject which I didn't cleared???
You have 18 months after passing the first section to pass remaining 3 sections. You can fail as many times within this 18 months. Hope this answered your question, but let me know again if you have further questions.
Hmmm... I used thier books and audio/video only a few times, but I didn't like it. I had hard time keeping myself awake and concentrated, so Roger was perfect for me because he is so funny and energetic. If you don't have that problem, maybe Ninja works for you.
This video is very well made. Thank you for making this video!

Hi Sugar, can I ask what did you think about Ninja as a supplement, did you try that?
Ninja was great for the price. It really helped me.

How about their books and lecture supporting materials. I plan to use only NINJA
