ski is intentionally meant to be completely harmless. so when she ingests caffeine/sugar she gets that boosted level of crazy that the "normal" sky's have. just like how ski also has a manifest form but has no destructive abilities.
For my theory ski is literally a more adorable version of sky and literally usually says pow with just wanting to be friends. I think they gave her black eyes and all that because most cartoons and stuff when trying to be adorable or something have big black eyes
