For defense support you send an invitation to an alliance in your group that has NOT had war declared on them during the 12 hour invitation stage. For attack, communication in game or elsewhere to coordinate the double or triple war declaration. You can see three slots there. Any other attacking alliance in the group just has to declare as I did.
Yes you have the option to accept or reject as (I think) seen in the video where I accepted. If you are sent an invitation and decline it, your alliance is simply not fighting. The inviter can invite another alliance if there is still time.

I hope there's a lot of speeding train ups in the rewards. These seasons are brutal for troop loss.
Never enough but this is less war than season 1 which is good.
