Yes those jbl or pioneer woofer cone foam crumbled, it’s not that complicated you will have to remove both rear deck side panel/ Srs covers then remove seat. Deck panel held with few clips and easily will come out.
I don't have the electric tool to unscrew the bolt, just a handheld one. The bolt won't go anywhere. Do you say, try even more force? Also don't want to break the tool. Bolt is also rusty like yours in the video

How do you get that tool you used to unscrew? (Non native english speaker here)

They tend to be rusty at some point, try penetrating with we 40 and leave it for few hours. Bolt has to come anyway other to replace the filter.
