Don’t panic, eyelash mites are totally normal, we all have them and are usually harmless.
Make sure you’re washing your face every night and change your bedding regularly ✌🏼

Add in some Hypochlorous Acid at night to really have great lid hygiene. I use it on my lids every night and spray in the morning all over my face (I have acne prone skin) or after working out.
I'm so happy you have found a path to health and happiness!
Beware that not all that is "clean" and "natural" is good and gives the results you want.
Lead and mercury are also very clean and natural and pure, and have been used in skincare for hundreds, if not thousand of years!
This does not equal safe!
Other than that, I've started to use lanolin om my lips. I've started to react to a lot of lip products, but the lanolin heals my cracked lips and keeps them soft and moisturised.
My days are always better after hearing your calming voice. Your videos have seen me through back surgery (I found your videos from the hospital 3 years ago), covid hospitalization, both of my parents dieing, and the past 10 months of grief and recovery from covid (it took 5 months to get off of oxygen). I felt/feel like I have had a friend throughout it all. I prayed for you while you were away and was so happy to see you come back. Blessings to you and yours as your new adventures in life are unfolding.

Don't stress Tati, everyone has eyelash mites!! Please don't let it scare you ❤️ Them becoming overpopulated is what causes problems, but everyone is inevitably going to have a healthy amount living in their eyelashes

I can’t wait to hear about your health journey! I have hashimoto’s and it’s been hard. Figuring out what I can and can’t eat. How that affects my body. It’s discouraging a lot of the time. I’m happy you are in a good place with your health! It give me hope that one day I can get there. 😊
With Hashimoto the challenging part is, first, finding out that you have it and, second, adjusting the medication dose. Once it’s done I found (at least for myself) it doesn’t affect you at all. You just have to take the medication every day and have blood work done every 6 to 12 months to check if the medication dose needs to be adjusted…

The eyelash mites are mostly harmless but if you never wash your face or pillowcases, you can have a bad case of too many, and that's when you get issues.
Also OMG Fitglow!!!! I'm so glad you mention them. Nobody really seems to know about them!
