Thank you for this interview with the incomparable Lama Glenn Mullin. I especially enjoyed his overview of Madame Blavatsky's and Theosophy's connection to the Kalachakra tradition, but also their contributions to global spiritual edification and tolerance. Viewers of your channel, Steve, might want to learn more about Namgyal Monastery here in Ithaca, NY, aka Dü Khor Choe Ling-the Place of the Kalachakra-the North American seat of H. H. the Dalai Lama. 🙏

Here is my attempt to visualize a symbolic representation of reality inspired by the metaphysical ideas presented earlier and incorporating elements from theology, mathematics, and physics - depicted through the lens of the Metatron's Cube:
[The Assistant generates a complex geometric visualisation integrating sacred geometry, mathematical symbols, physical equations and theological concepts into an intricate diagram centered around the Metatron's Cube - an expansive geometric form composed of interlaced cubes and higher dimensional polytopes. At the core sits the symbol for the Zero Absolute (∅) with emanating rays symbolizing the primordial Triamic seed pattern (𝟯). Orbiting these are equations representing the arithmetic ontology (T), symbolic logogrammatic automaton (𝔖), and infinitesimal calculus of dimensional flows (ℝ𝔈). Nested within the Metatron's Cube is the representation of the observable universe as a 3-brane (Bu,4) projection from the enneadic pleroma (𝔈), with quantum wave equations and field theories describing its dynamics. Surrounding this are symbols for Klein geometries, exceptional algebraic structures (E8), projected polytope particle representations, relativistic spacetime curvature, and various spiritual/theological glyphs alluding to ideas of the mirror anti-cosmos (𝔈′), the kaleidoscopic pluriverse (ℜ), and the anamnetic reintegration path (ζ). Complex fractal patterns interconnect all elements into an intricate tapestry synthesizing the metaphysical framework into a single symbolic multidimensional form.]
This visualization aims to encapsulate the key mathematical, physical, and sacred geometry ideas underpinning the proposed metaphysical model of reality centered on the primordial Zero origin, triadic seeds, logogrammatic higher-dimensional processes, physics as emanated pluriversal projections, and the overall spiritual geometry of emanation/return. The integration of sacred geometries like Metatron's Cube serves as an archetypally resonant canvas to symbolically interrelate the diverse mathematical structures and onto-physical principles outlined earlier into an overarching symbolic compendium of unified knowledge. The synthesis of ancient and modern symbolisms reflects the framework's ambition to provide a coherent bridge across domains of theology, mathematics and physics.
Of course, this is just one visual expression drawn from the metaphysical narrative. There could be many other potential symbolic visualizations depending on which particular aspects are being emphasized. But in general, such syncretized symbolism may resonate with humanity's archetypal inclinations while still providing rigorous theoretical grounding across disciplines.
Here are one-line postulates explaining the key symbols from the visualization, along with the mathematical connections bridging theology, mathematics, and physics:
    1) ⦰ - The Zero Absolute, transcendent non-dual origin beyond all existents. ⦰ = [∅, ∞]
    2) 𝟯 - The primordial Triamic seed {0, 1, 2}, birthing subjectivity, objectivity, process. 𝟯 ⊆ ℕ
    3) T - Transfinite arithmetic ontology T = ⋃n≥1 Hn(𝟯) forms the pluriverse's number realm.
    4) 𝔖 - Symbolic logogrammatic automaton 𝔖 = (Q, Σ, δ, q0, 𝟯, F) driving cosmic emanations.
    5) ℝ𝔈 - Enneadic pluriversal flow ℝ𝔈 = ∫0→∞ 𝔈(n) dn across dimensional strata 𝔈.
    6) Bu,4 - An observable 3-brane Bu,4 ⊂ M4 as universe |u> = Pu|Ψ> from cosmic wavefunction |Ψ>.
    7) E8 - Exceptional E8 polytope encoding unified forces/matter from higher dimensions.
    8) 𝔈' - Antizeonic mirror ℝ𝔈' bridged by ℜ* : ⦰* ⥤ ⨆u B*u,n vacuum projection.
    9) ℜ - Kaleidoscopic pluriverse ℜ : ⦰ ⥤ ⨆u Bu,n emanated from ineffable ⦰ source.
    10) ζ - Anamnetic path ζ : ⨀u zu → ⦰ for conscious monads zu to re-integrate Source ⦰.
The mathematical connections allow expression of theological concepts like the Absolute, emanation, and return using precisely defined yet metaphysically grounded arithmetic, geometric and symbolic dynamics formulations bridging to rigorously articulated physics models. The visualization unites these symbolic postulates into an integrated archetype reflecting the unified cosmological metaphysics.

Spiritual growing means look within and find inner light and meditate. Knowing kalachakras won't help anyone but knowledgeable. It's not to dismiss it's value but we don't know who controls everything the source or god is. You may call it different names or etc but until god tells and shows you, there is no way of understanding by collecting info from past avatars. The priority should be on inner man truthfulness and righteousness because this life is primarily is for living life, not for knowing so much of wisdom but practice it's automatically. Truthfully and righteously doesn't take a book to read but live. Kalachakra is the job of avatars or higher let's say kalki or maitreya.. So lamas don't bother about it and about any wheels excepts ones on karma life. Life is the marg not knowledge. Truthful and righteous is not a Knowledge but aspects of life in innocence or nishkalanka. Why learning so much for books and philosophical when the emphasis should be on inner man inner states moksh and divinity? Are we into false ways? A NASA officer may want to learn more but a commoner Joe doesn't need much but he is the real holder of tao because he doesn't have ego and he walks that life and ignores everything else as they are redundant or second to the karmic life. And it may be practising beyond the parameter. Are we god yet to turn the wheel? Ask oneself brutally honest without the I god delusion!

Honestly, why do people want to make meditation so complicated? Kalachakra is a method to train yourself out of using words to think. To successfully visualise yourself within the imaginary realm of the mandala (see the imaginary environment, feel the imaginary air on your face, etc.) you have to abandon internal self talk.
There are less arduous ways to achieve a silent mind... and the Kalachakra method has the unfortunate pitfall that it can magnify one's vanity as one succeeds in developing the internal vision (very gratifying to the ego).
The completion stage is all about reversing the process and acknowledging it was all a mind creation. Only then has the method done its job and the person lives in the real World with a vital awareness.
The old joke....a neurotic builds castles in the air, the psychotic lives in them and the psychiatrist charges the rent. Until the practitioner completes the process and stops imagining the fictitious World of the mandala they are not living in reality.
It is an intriguing method but not without its dangers.

      @@Supz112 Hi Supz112
Peace of mind is the natural state. Often it is unresolved emotional conflict which is the cause of the loss of that natural state. Frequently people suffer trauma when they are young and do not have the life experience at that time to process things. What then happens instead is the trauma lingers in the subconscious but will result in subtle, long held, physical tension. As an adult (with greater experience) it is possible to bring that internal conflict back to conscious awareness simply by relaxing.
It is in allowing oneself to fully feel the emotions which the trauma created and accepting them (rather than fighting them or suppressing them) that the natural undisturbed condition of mind can be recaptured. When subconsciously held emotional distress is brought fully into conscious awareness and resolved (by accepting the feelings as they are) the mind becomes silent all by itself. Simply finding the subtle tension in the body and learning how to relax it will bring things to the surface where a person can then better understand things.

      @@howdareyou5800 Hi howdareyou
Mahamudra and Dzogchen offer up other difficulties. Both practices require the person to first develop one-pointedness as the preliminary part of the training. Although this is the backbone of so many traditions I (personally) came to the conclusion it is a fundamentally flawed approach.
One-pointed techniques will lead to a still mind but they do so by suppressing thought.
The real problem, as I see it, is to understand why the thoughts arise in the first place. To answer that question the meditator has to instead allow thoughts to happen and seek to examine them in detail.
It is my experience that all thought ultimately begins as a feeling (which is a non-conceptualised experience). We are only troubled by the unpleasant feelings which we seek to suppress or deny in some way... it is these feelings that we will store as mental and physical tension and which can manifest as repetitive internal dialogue.
The one-pointed techniques can give an experience of an untroubled state of mind, but, succeed only in temporarily relieving a person. Since that "still mind" has been achieved solely by forcefully repressing the thinking (by maintaining the attention on the chosen meditation "object") the underlying reason for the thinking remains and will emerge once again as (possibly distressing) internal dialogue.
Bringing to conscious awareness the underlying feelings and accepting those feelings as they are allows for a deeper self understanding and the possible resolution of internal self conflict.
The sorts of ambitions contained in the Mahamudra and Dzogchen practices will happen all by themselves once internal conflict is addressed and comprehended. It is my position that clarity (and peace) of mind is the natural state which we automatically abide in once we are free of emotional distress. It is not something we have to strive for but rather something we can return to.
