no issues at all.. They will only ask you to take TB test. As long as your tb test results is fine, everything is fine regarding medical checkup.

You have to take new test which would be valid even after your arrival in UK.

Sir if your TB test report is misplace but you have scanned report as a prove in soft copy so sir what difficulties that person will face.
