You are right. Paul Christie, the guy who does the voice of Moose A. Moose, was also the voice of Stick Stickly. You know, I didn't realize it until I started watching old videos of Stick Stickly and noticed that their voices sounded alike. That's when I decided to look it up and found out that they're both voiced by the same guy.
