You suggested I just don't do that. So I'm like well I like using the money for powers I just wish there were more to my style(i.e. not game breaking ones like Thrive).
I like the new power, it feels like a temporary bloon crush (not that I’ll use it). Regardless, the brand deal seems like a nice way for Ninjakiwi to non-intrusively monetize btd6 and for Mattel to improve brand recognition.
so, im a very casual player, I basically never use my powerups, my inventory is absolutely chock full of earned isnta monkeys and powers. The way I'd 'buff' this tower would be make it an 'infinite' powerup. So it goes back into your inventory after the game. Making it worth the money you spend. (or atleast for x amount of games) having it also be match long, so after you use the power up it goes 3 rounds of strong and then 3 rounds of being gone and then returning in small cat form with a cd of 3 rounds for the ability. The infinite powerup might be too OP. just stack several cats infront of the track and done. always have 1 empowered and you'll win, in combo with the returning cat. But that sounds at least fair with the money spent and if it would disappear after the match.
honestly i really see no point in even purchasing this at all like, the base tower is incredibly weak, and the upgraded version, while its kinda cool, it only lasts for a REALLY short time and boom, they're gone like i genuinely dont get what the point of bringing it is from, oh idk, base towers, the several moab stallers that exist, etc, other than just being short on money in literally every gamemode that isnt chimps MAYBE if it was purchasable for monkey money or if its ability just lasted for a bit and then reverted back to its base form then maybe i could see a use in it but other than that yeah i dont think spending real money on it is worth it
Honestly If there was an alternative timeline where the power-tower was t-rex and the battle cat was one of the beast tamer’s upgrades I’d actually use the battlecat
I don’t know anything about masters of the universe but I wish they made the bloons battle cat work more like a transforming tonic alchemist instead of what they did

Prob a one time purchase of $10 for a ever evolving single player game. Lastly why does it matter you can't use this in chimps it's probably not going to meta to use this in boss runs and it's a single player game so it's not p2w.
i think if they add a monkey knowledge to make it return after activating (on a delay or smthn idk) then it could be okay, probably need to give it a cash cost aswell even if it is like 1000
I would rather colabs be limited to optional skins or maps rather than default powers or towers. It just clashes sith the established style of the game and it's distracting. This feels more like a mod than a meaningful addition to the game in my opinion
I feel like buying the micro transaction should give you infinite cats in some way. Maybe like a certain amount per game or per week? Feels lame as hell to pay real money for a mediocre power that disappears so quickly
I'm not a fan of it only costing money, but I see that being the standard for these collabs. I'm guessing copyright and stuff plays a role, I wouldn't be surprised if the deal was Mattel gets some money whenever the power is used. Limiting it to money allows both companies to keep track and manage that much easier. I don't mind it being semi-temporary, powers are generally active for a short period anyways. the only problem is that they cost actual money, but I feel like the activated tower's strength is a fair trade-off.
as usual, I am here early. Why am I chronically online? also, great vid, helped me gauge the power of the battle cat. Also, IS THAT A BATLLE CATS REFRENCE?
How i'd think you use the tower is to use it in the beggining of fast track to snowball into better towers. If it lasted 10 rounds instead, it would be way more QOL for grinders. But idk
Overall I agree that this update feels a bit lackluster. It's unfortunate that game editor still hasn't come out. Good things come to those who wait, I suppose.
Its pretty difficult for the ninja kiwi to monetize the game other than the game costing money itself even for mobile users. But they can just pull a brawl star and just make skins of heroes or even towers of trademarked characters
If it costed monkey money, I might've used it once in a while for fun, but it doesn't, so I'm just never gonna touch this thing. Well, not sure I would use it even in this case, I only use banana farmers and tech bots. A bit disappointed tbh
what I find weird is that most bloons players have no clue what masters of the universe is so why do a crossover ? Like, even ISAB doesnt understand the reason why Cringer is weak without the power.
Honestly I really don't mind microtransactions from NK since you can only sell BTD6 so many times and I do genuinely want to support their indie work. Though doing a... paid-only He-Man crossover sure is one of the marketing strategies of all time. I did buy double cash despite literally never using it in like 200 hours, but that at least felt permanent and not like a pure donation with a consumable attached. In fact NK doesn't even get most of the profits I'd assume, Steam already takes 20%, and I don't expect Matel to take any less than 50%...
I dunno, I think the battle cat being only 3 rounds is pretty reasonable. It looks like it can pretty much solo almost any round. Getting a free 3 rounds seems like a pretty reasonable cost to value ratio compared to the other powers
It would be fine that it cost money if there was also another way to get it other than the quest like with monkey money. I feel like the power up should last for 5 rounds not 3.

So I'm like well I like using the money for powers I just wish there were more to my style(i.e. not game breaking ones like Thrive).
Four words:
SlackCircus Fabulous Secret Powers
I'm surprised they never made a Hero or Tower named He-Monkey.
It would've been amazing.
(or atleast for x amount of games)
having it also be match long, so after you use the power up it goes 3 rounds of strong and then 3 rounds of being gone and then returning in small cat form with a cd of 3 rounds for the ability.
The infinite powerup might be too OP. just stack several cats infront of the track and done. always have 1 empowered and you'll win, in combo with the returning cat. But that sounds at least fair with the money spent and if it would disappear after the match.
Definitely need to try the battle cat super buffed at some point
Isab having speed hack withdrawals
I'm calling it, but with Chinook doorgunner.
honestly i really see no point in even purchasing this at all
like, the base tower is incredibly weak, and the upgraded version, while its kinda cool, it only lasts for a REALLY short time and boom, they're gone
like i genuinely dont get what the point of bringing it is from, oh idk, base towers, the several moab stallers that exist, etc, other than just being short on money in literally every gamemode that isnt chimps
MAYBE if it was purchasable for monkey money or if its ability just lasted for a bit and then reverted back to its base form then maybe i could see a use in it but other than that yeah i dont think spending real money on it is worth it
IS THIS A BATTLE CAT REFERENCE?!?!!
Dasli is a very powerful unit-
Kasli the bane is a very powerful unit...
Very very powerful
GOATril solos
Outclassed by sanzo
outclassed by eggy cat
The battle cats
NO WAY BATTLE CATS CAMEO IS BTD6!?!🔥
“Chips” but it should be “chims” cuz you’re using powers 😂 4:40
All of a sudden I have a flashback to the battle cat from Robot Chicken, shit was hilarious
Honestly
If there was an alternative timeline where the power-tower was t-rex and the battle cat was one of the beast tamer’s upgrades
I’d actually use the battlecat
6:43 is that a Viktor reference? *insert money talks Viktor edit*
I'm fine with the Battle Cat being underwhelming, I'm just thinking of it being like a cute crossover token with some functionality
Not fancy spending real money on it but it seems cool. Also, sideways beast handler is quite cursed.
I don’t know anything about masters of the universe but I wish they made the bloons battle cat work more like a transforming tonic alchemist instead of what they did
Its mad disrespectful that we can get it with MM, if it becomes available later it would be fine but it only being available with real cash is bad PR
Blud the holder of the ip has the power of the contract NK can't do anything about it
@Firetrasher1stBruh-xu8ue who agreed to the contract? who coded the tower? who made the models and stuff? don't act like NK aren't a multi-millionaire mobile game company that is owned by an even larger company.
@@Kaghtaviy ok but who gives af about you the two people who enjoy masters of the universe are happy also it isnt "bad pr". Because no one is dropping the game after NK released this. No one is forcing you to buy a shitty collab tower. MFS complain when NK wanna make some money. Let me ask you how much do you spend on the game. Prob a one time purchase of $10 for a ever evolving single player game. Lastly why does it matter you can't use this in chimps it's probably not going to meta to use this in boss runs and it's a single player game so it's not p2w.
"This is my kitty Mr.Cringer Pants, the most cutest kitty in the universe"
i think if they add a monkey knowledge to make it return after activating (on a delay or smthn idk) then it could be okay, probably need to give it a cash cost aswell even if it is like 1000
Love the idea of agents coming back but I'm not spending real money on this game personally
I would rather colabs be limited to optional skins or maps rather than default powers or towers.
It just clashes sith the established style of the game and it's distracting. This feels more like a mod than a meaningful addition to the game in my opinion
I'd love to see a max buffed battle cat, but that would get expensive quickly
Tbf they definitely had contractual obligations because of the mattel crossover, otherwise idk if they would have dropped the update
I thought this was actually a Battle cats collab for a sec
as usual, I am here early. Why am I chronically online? also, great vid, helped me gauge the power of the battle cat. Also, IS THAT A BATLLE CATS REFRENCE?
*gauge
also no
@ it was autocorrect, but thanks
You should see how far a godboosted battle cat can go.
BY THE POWER OF GRAYSKULL! Cringer is kind of... Mid.
Battlecat is strong. Maybe they should update it for a solid five rounds rather than three?
twenty-five years
and my life is still
"can't buy it with monkey money" seeya
Netflix users be ROLLIN in their graves rn
That’s the cat from He-Man
Bout to call Dark Kasli on the blooms
How i'd think you use the tower is to use it in the beggining of fast track to snowball into better towers. If it lasted 10 rounds instead, it would be way more QOL for grinders. But idk
Overall I agree that this update feels a bit lackluster. It's unfortunate that game editor still hasn't come out. Good things come to those who wait, I suppose.
Cant wait to see dart monkey as an uber
Thank you Isab for poping blons
NOOOO OTHEY'RE DOING BRAND DEALS IN BLOONS WHYYYYYYYY
Night 152 of watching isab every night before bed
HOLY FUCKING SHIT!!! THE BATTLE CAT FROM THE MASTERS OF UNIVERSE?!?!?!??!!! NINJA KIWI COOKED WITH THIS ONE!!!!
i guess tack paragon is cool too...
Great content!
Mattel is full of idiots apparently. To NK it was literally just free money lmao
Pretty boring update, wish Legends DLC wasn't postponed for 2 more months :(
Honestly I really don't mind microtransactions from NK since you can only sell BTD6 so many times and I do genuinely want to support their indie work.
We got the bloon crush at home 15:45
I dunno, I think the battle cat being only 3 rounds is pretty reasonable. It looks like it can pretty much solo almost any round. Getting a free 3 rounds seems like a pretty reasonable cost to value ratio compared to the other powers
It costs real money though
Safe to say I'm going to use this tower A LOT
Holy fuck
it reminds me a lot of that weird turtle thing from btd5
youre telling me this is a PARTNERSHIP…and they didnt partner with BATTLE CATS!? PLURAL!?
Just another powerup that will sit unused in my inventory lol
It would be fine that it cost money if there was also another way to get it other than the quest like with monkey money. I feel like the power up should last for 5 rounds not 3.
It’d also be really cool if it was an actual permanent tower.
