I think that we should have civil asset forfeiture for all people who were over eighteen in nineteen eighty three. They didn't pay their own social security remember, they borrowed against it and are making the next generation pay for it.
There should be a mandatory one year sentence (not able to be suspended) for EVERY MINUTE they flee. Many cars are stolen so they don't care if it's seized.
Fleeing is not a crime. and they dont need a new law to seize anything. Asset Forfeiture already allows cops to take anything from a one dollar bill to your house. there is a different motive for this for sure
Well great, stolen crashed cars than go to city for owner to deal with🤔 I get the idea,but it should be done for the vehicles meeting and holding up traffic doing burnouts and racing .
I designed a system that would stop this, and I still have the plans to the system in my head, I can stop this !!! Everyone turned it down because they said "nobody wants the system installed on their vehicles" this was years ago that I designed this system. Had this system been approved, it would have saved at least 1,000 or more lives. I guess lives are not that important when it comes to people not wanting safety systems installed in their vehicles !!!

The speeding has got to stop. People did not use to speed so much. These people that have moved in over the last 20-30 years are disgusting. There is no consistent ongoing effort to stop speeders. I will go weeks at a time while people will get angree and aggressive, whole groups of people doing 10 plus over the limit wizzing past and get mad if you don't. Officers will sit on the side of the road an chat and or speed them selves most of the time, and others just follow there lead. Then they tell the news, unless its 5 plus over they cant pull anyone over. Why have a speed limit then . Its basically lawless anymore.

I'll show her she's not going to break up with me she'll lose her car and that'll cause her to lose her job and when she loses her job she loses her apartment she'll lose everything cuz she dumped me. It should be required there be a dash cam video of the car fleeing. That's what the attorneys are going to say.

This already IS the law in most places. Vehicles used in the commission of a crime are subject to seizure. Fleeing is a crime.
