Welding the sword to the character is a lot easier than just moving it with the character yourself. To do this, name the part of the sword 'Handle', then move it into position, then drag it into the arm you want the character to hold it in. Open up easy weld (part of moon animator), and then go to the section named 'Parts'. Select the arm FIRST, then select the sword part you named 'Handle'. You will then see options named 'Join' and 'Join In Place' light up. Make sure the 'Animatable' option is checked, then finally select the option 'Join In Place'. I'm not good at explaining things so if you're confused, there are many tutorials that have probably explained this better than I have.

I think to make the tatsumaki one better is buy the first part being a normal uppercut and then pushing the opponent away and then do they psychic part.
Here’s my advice for you, don’t use moon animator, do blender because it’s very VERY smooth and it helped me with my animations 100%! I recommend you do blender, thank you!
(in my opinion) if you wanted you could make the suiryu uppercut finisher that he kicks the player in the face and uses the 4 move only the kick without suiryu going to the air

I have an idea for a random uppercut finisher (for all characters) The character could uppercut the enemy, then they jump behind the enemy and do a whirlwind kick thing down into the ground.

my idea for a metal bat uppercut finisher would be a normal uppercut into metal bat throwing the bat up into jumping out catching it and kicking the enemy higher in the air or just spinning them with the bat like they stay on it after the swing into being thrown away kinda like home run finishers staying on the bat and ragdoll speed away. good animations though have a good day
Maybe try learning basic animation concepts such as pose to pose aka keyframing, anticipation, timing, spacing before trying to do complex movements. Also animation takes time, newbies keep rushing their work and then complain why it looks like shit, If you want to animate, Commit to it. Unless you're just doing this for fun value without any real intention to have a career in animating.

You should’ve made suiryus uppercut finisher. You do a regular uppercut and when their coming down he punts them away with a powerful dropkick(not kj related)

As an animator, i see u are only using the linear type of the animation, and i suggest you try out bounce, ease, and constant
he was literally using regular parts to animate robotic limbs for Child Emperor in his last video, he doesn't know what he is doing.

The forth move doesn’t have kicks it just kicks them once into the air and slams them down
