Market Exhaustion vs Absorption Trade Review ES & NQ

In today's stock market update, we will talk about what market absorption is and what exhaustion is. In absorption we see buyers getting absorbed into highs and sellers into lows. While exhaustion we see sellers getting weak into lows and buyers weak into highs. Both of these result in heavy market reversals which is a great trading strategy!

Ok 👌 mic issue resolved I'm a pattern trader always looking for improvement n my reluctance to Dom or footprint is 2016 a insider exposed the market as 60% algorithmic translation fake volume n traders now who knows how high the percentage is at I can't find an explanation to why we should trust the numbers if the markets moves to where it wants regardless of how many traders are buying/selling thanks

I understand where you're coming from, and different styles work for different people. My perspective on order flow is just how large orders interact with each other, never going to be 100% accurate but it gives a lot of insight on continuity or traps, I combine it with auction theory and profiles to get a better understand of the context.

Do you prefer absorption setups over exhaustion? I often wonder about other traders preference. I can say that i tend to read (get a better feel) for absorption setups. Excellent video!
