I wonder if Bosha ever saw Amity like a real friend. That would explain why she felt more provoked by Willow than by Amity, because she feels like Willow found a way to turn Amity soft and make them lose their friendship.
I kind of want to learn a little more about Boscha & Skara’s home lives. If Amity’s parents wanted her to be friends with them, they either have to be strong witches or be related to very important figures on the Boiling Isles

So far she’s mostly been giving me stock bully/Alpha bitch character vibes, so unless she’s starting to turn herself into a real antagonist by joining Belos or something she doesn’t really grab me. Also I never understood that whole shipping her and Willow unless she’s either an Anti-Villain with a soft side for that one person but Boscha hasn’t shown anything like that.
The whole “character is a bully because they have bad parents” thing has been done in three different shows, and they’ve been redeemed. Boscha is just a jerk for no reason, which pretty much sums up a lot of teenagers, so it’s nice to see an antagonistic bully in animation and not redeem them. I haven’t seen character type since Ed Edd n Eddy.
To be honest thats all on the shippers, theres nothing that serves as a base for that ship. But yeah Boscha might have her redemption ark and I hope so, she's probably living a similar situation as Amity did with her parents. And I doubt Boscha would care much for romances, she's more about social domination and popularity.

Some people are not only Jerks, but KNOW they are Jerks and are PROUD of it. And that is just fine, because we need jerks to make the good characters shine more. It's like Yin & Yang. a Balance of Light and Darkess. We need Boscha to be a Jerk, as much as we need Luz to be Friendly.
I hate how that Grudgeby match was totally Quidditch. Even down to the mystic object you can get at the end for an instant win. Which is totally BS that they didn't even say anything about it till the end.
Boscha's the hateable bully done right cause she has a purpose to exist in the narrative. She's is meant to serve as not an antagonist in Hexide, but also important to Amity. Her heartless and vile personality help to highlight Amity's sympathetic and likeable qualities (both before and after her development) by her complete lack there of. Boscha being the worst is what makes us want to see other characters improve so they give her the beatdown she deserves. This is how you make an irredeemable bully character right. Make her a foil to character who can be redeemable and present her as an actual threat to be overcome as opposed to just a bastard who always gets their way.

I've just finished watching "It", how that bully of the movie just lost it, and that made me wonder, what if Bosha ends up in a similar way ? The way I see it, Matt, Bosha and Amity were suposed to be the antagonists of Gus, Willow and Luz respectively, and like all antagonists, they are some form of twisted reflection of our heroes. Matt changed because Gus destroyed his arrogance and ruthlessness throught humbleness and compassion. Amity changed because Luz casted away her hate and fear, and replaced it by love and courage. Bosha is violent and filled with envy. Willow isn't different from her regarding the violent part, and we've seen her hate and anger are what fuel her powers the most. I can't see a scenario in which Bosha is redeemed, because her reflection, Willow, doesn't have what it takes to redeem her. What do you think ?
