I think this was the guy who the police threatened to frame for his daughter's death if he didn't testify against C Murder. I don't remember whether it was him or another witness but I remember reading about the case where one of the witnesses were forced to testify against C Murder or they were going to end up in prison for their daughter's death but it turned out that the mother of the child committed the murder but of course the crooked cops were going to frame him for it if he didn't testify that C Murder killed Steve.
