Now THAT is a cool fly!!
Bubble butts gotta drive the trout nuts. The methods that you have developed in order to get this fly tied in a quick and efficient manner are outstanding. Great one, nice job.
Thank you! Enjoy!
Fantastic interpretation of the La Fontaine caddis pupae. Love the way you make the shroud. I'll try that method with the emerging pupae.
You will love it! I found it much easier myself. A pair of locking hemostats really helps. Very fun to tie. Enjoy!
Thanks 😊 from Minneapolis
Very nice.Tanks James.👍
Great little bug Clever use of the maxima for the antenna I like to use brown mayfly tails then curl them with my thumb nail
Very nice James! Thanks for sharing!
Eggstacy for the body and antron would make a lovely egg pattern
Great video!
Nice job
Could you use Antron?
Absolutely
Awesome. Whipping up a few now. 35 days till my first trip of the year. Thank you!
I was wondering what is the best way to fish this fly pattern? Thanks
I prefer to drop it below a caddis dry fly (the reason for the tungsten bead). But it can be fished on a traditional nymph rig as well. Enjoy!
Why is the store closed?
I own another business now, wholesaling to fly shops. Would have been a conflict of interest keeping the store open and selling against fly shops.
too cool
I want that.
OOOO MY MY
Прикольно круто получилось.
mop fly will be more easy , looks similar
Doesn't really look like a prairie dog though
slow sinker
