The pua industry destorys men because it makes it seem they can overcome their insecurities and self-worth issues through sleeping with a beautiful woman. No matter how many beautiful people you sleep with, those insecurities will still be there. It's inportant to realise your self-worth isnt based on comparing yourself with others and your values arent linked to what you can do for someone else or what you have in material worth, but what you embody: personality, character, heart, mind. So regardless of whoevever you speak with, whateever room in life you are in, your assured in knowing you are worthy amongst everyone else.

I have the exact same problems. I'm still here. But I won't be much longer. My goal is to at least hold off until my parents are gone. That will most likely be another decade or so. After that, I'm just done. I want out of this life so badly. I've tried everything. I've tried therapy. I've tried every medication under the sun. I've tried every "coping technique". It's just hopeless. Absolutely hopeless

I could be wrong, but the self-improvement movement seems to destroy people, especially men. Bro needs to rest more and gain more fat especially in the face area. Looks very stressed. But does seems like a nice guy and means well
@@MotivationOfTheMind I'd say it's the pressure to be something that you're truly not; a lot of it is to impress the others/society. A lot of 'self improvement is about boosting your ego and is narcissistic to that effect
@@MotivationOfTheMind, The main problem is this society and these unrealistic expectations of everyone. If people treated one another with kindess and support, that would go a long way. Also people bullying/ostracizing causes serious mental health issues and johnny talked about this in his earlier videos about being bullied throughout school and how it impacted his mental health greatly.
