Oh those are organic it's amazing thanks for sharing
How many times after planting do you cultivate your crops before harvest? And is everything you grow in rows? I run a combine for an organic farm part time, some fields are great but others look like a hay field.
Another good one Thomas!! You all are getting to be professional at YouTubing!!
Thanks Keith! It’s fun doing the videos!

Need to know time and location
We are headed up to Terril and the Lake Park area for the rest of the week which made the plan change for the field day. I am hoping that mid-late next week will line up better for it!

Ya so usually we cultivate everything I’d say 4-6 times, obviously depends on the field and how much rain we have gotten but I would say that is an average. Everything we grow besides our organic oats in planted in 30 inch rows. How oats we seed with a air seeder which I think we have a video on that! Believe me when I say we have a couple field that are very very hard to maintain but the consistency of cultivating and our other methods of weed control work very well in keeping a field to get to that point. We are hand weed our fields which is a 100% kill rate method to fight off weeds!
@@FehrsFarmingOrganic thank you for the quick response love the videos 👍🏻. Your one of the only large organic grain farms I’ve found on RUclips.
