Have a whole lot of respect for these men , I do sand casting motorcycle parts harley in my back yard , this is a art form being a sand crab lol nice work!
That's awesome, the man walks a 50 foot obstacle course with 20 lbs of molten aluminum in a bucket on a pole. How do other intakes suffer from core shift? Seems impossible with rigid sand cast cores unless the pouring process deforms a wall?
Fantastic 👍😎 A process as old as the hills but I watch it with the same wonder as if I was watching SpaceX 🤓
Good Job gentleman
Thanks 👍

Would love to get my hands on one of these.
That's a neat intake Tom.
Pretty Cool!!!! Like the runner design...
i would love to know where to find that matchplate vibrator. Excellent video.
Does the vibrator plate remove the need to jolt the mold, or does it effectively do the same thing?
Wow... thanks for the video.... beautiful

Sloppiness during mass production
How does this show a profit! Used to make these manifolds in cast iron, but the time it took them to make one we used make twenty at least
What process were you using that was 20 times quicker?
what is the piece for the runners called? how is it removed after pouring? very cool video. thanks for sharing
I'm assuming your referring to the core.it will break down into fine sand after exposed to the heat.
thanks for sharing!
Thank you for mach
I’m 80 and I could make more moulds than this! This firm should invest in a couple of jolt and squeeze machines! How much are these castings sold for?
Good Video
how many do you make in a year?
where are you located in Canada?
what is the pattern material used
How can I get one of these for a 68' 250 Chevy???
Commentary would have been nice for Laymen and maybe Lay Persons (not sure about them!)
This isn’t your first time working together is it.
Ia itu black sand?
now masters, you will cast a turtle intake manifold !!! or a manifold that looks like human lungs!!
Where is the protective clothing?
He has gloves and a face mask.
I've seen worse.
Now they do it with a 3D printer in plastic.
I worked moulding for almost fifty years, this is the least productive method I’ve ever seen, these workers are working hard for nothing
There's a couple of comments like this. What is the method for doing it quicker?
I hate videos like this. It’s interesting as hell and people ask questions and your to lazy to stop and answer
