went there in 2010 when that volcano erupted no flights ,things were just being built around it ,like the shopping malls ,entertainment was goo on night ,food excellent ,staff friendly ,very clean .the entertainment staff very friendly the ladys and very kind ,internet room was below where the kids room was under the receiption ,signal was crap ,bloke who was there wasnt helpful or didnot have a clue ,the disco room was loud as in jbl loud ,only sleep in the day as the bass from it vibrated up to the 4 th floor and you got the music from neibouring hotels ,water park was never on ,no one on it to man it ,the pool was massive different parts to it loverly and cold ,quiet a few people toting for buisness like camera man with parrot,was two or three of them ,bloke who did the sauna ,bit of a rip off go out in town to do that lasts longer than 40 minutes ,paragliding bloke watch out for he tries to get room number to try and force ya to pay .pastrey tent was so good ,lady making them in front of you ,beer wasnt too bad but watered down so was the spirits so go onto bottles but to be fair beer was ok just drink twice as much lol .its for familys and retired people
