That is some pretty impressive work you did on the parking lot. Amazing. Played many of different building sims and this is the one i always end up playing in the end.
There's a couple good mod tutorials on YT. I was skeptical at first about modding SC4 but it's not so hard to mod as I thought it would be. SImtropolis is the perfect source for all your SC4 needs
21 years later and this is still one of the greatest city building games ever made. It's amazing how active the SC4 community continues to be.
