Craig, this is My 2nd time hearing your Shoney's knock-out fight; well, THE "surprise" punch/swing. I pressed PAUSE about 5 times because you had me in bed, laughing so hard until I was losing my oxygen & strength in my upper body. I'm telling you, my stomach felt as if it was just rolling N2 knots! OMG, your recollection of that moment made things so clear for me. . . . Some church members & I used to occasionally visit a CHGO Shoney's after SUN night service--about 32 YRs ago. Whew, you paint a vivid pic! 😁
