YES!!! Your Persona 5 series was my introduction to your channel and I loved watching it all the way through!!! I was literally the other day trying to check to see if you were going to play and I'm so happy you are, I really hope you love Persona 3 because this remake is phenomenal and the best way to experience it!
I’ve checked a lot to see if she’s ever played 4 but unfortunately she seems to have not given it a chance 😔 sad cause it’s my favorite one

I love how at the beginning they mention that this game deals with very heavy themes and that you should take breaks everytime you need it. Persona 3 means a lot to me. Im glad youre doing this playthrough.
I would say that’s it easily one of the realest Persona games. Just the themes of the game….like 5 has one of those moments but like still. 3 is real

I’m watching your play through and hers
So some things you need to know coming from Persona 5 to Persona 3 Reload are:
1. P3 takes place in 2009, while 5 takes place in the late 2010s
2. While Igor remains a constant presence in the Velvet Room, the attendant is always different with each new game, but they're all related, Elizabeth being the older sister of Lavenza from 5 and the younger sister of Persona 4's attendant.
3. P3 was the first game in the modern Persona formula that 5 followed, so some things from it's original design were retained for the remake, such as having 3 Social Stats instead of 5.
4. The original P3 required you to romance the female Social Links (the Confidants of Persona 3 and 4) to Max them out, but with the Remake, it's no longer required.
5. The original P3 didn't have controllable party members, you had to rely on their AI to fight, but with the Remake, they're fully controllable.
6. The original game had a system where you become fatigued the more you fight, which would weaken you and force you to quit out of fighting for the day. This was removed from the Remake, allowing for more fights and quicker progress through the dungeons.
7. The Velvet Room always changes shape to fit with the game's central theme and the main character's story, 5's was a prison to reflect how the main character was essentially bound and confined by society, and 3's Velvet Room is an elevator, but where it's taking you and why is a spoiler, just know it ties into the game's themes.
8. This game has some pretty heavy topics and themes that get pretty depressing, especially later on, but it's all done with a heartfelt message, with themes of death and what it means to live in the time we have.
9: The device resembling a gun that Yukari has isn't a real gun, as Mitsuru says. It's purpose will become clear soon.
Fun fact, the dude in blue jersey beside the chubby student goes to the school in persona 4, you can see when you play p4 that the PE jersey is the same as this dude
Also the velvet room attendant changes between p3, p4 and p5. P3 portable version also had a special male attendant. And persona 1 and 2 it's a whole different case
As someone who has been playing persona 5 Royal for almost a year and still not done, it’s super nice getting to go back and see your playthrough and now persona 3!! Love your energy sm 💜🫶🏾
Elisabeth isn’t the little girls grown up, she’s actually their older sister, every persona game contains the velvet room and each of them have their own unique “resident” Elizabeth is the resident in this game

I watched your P5 play through in quarantine during my senior year of high school and it put me onto the persona series. Now imma junior in college and I’ve played all the games. The streets been waiting for this one
What are your thoughts on Persona 1 and the Persona 2 duology? Personally haven't played them, but they seem to be closer to the SMT genre than the Persona genre that 3 established.
@@HENTAIENTHUSIASTI never finished either of them cuz when I emulated them that old laptop broke. 1 is borderline unplayable story is insanity and the gameplay is worse, 2 is Aii

I got Persona 5 Royal for Christmas this year and am still currently playing through it (Just defeated Kaneshiro’s Palace as of writing this comment) However, in the midst of playing through, I wanted to watch playthroughs just to see other people’s experience. That’s when I actually came across your series which I am currently still in the middle of today! (I want to finish the game before I finish the series😭) And I subscribed and watched the P5R playthrough mainly because it was a blind playthrough and it was so nice to see someone react to these things naturally. So it is so crazy that it led me to be able to witness the P3R playthrough in real time now. I haven’t played any P3 versions ever (only currently P5R and played P4G) so it’ll be interesting to go through this series as blindly as you also are.
As glad as I am that your playing this I don’t think you’ve played persona 4 😭😭 you should it’s also really good

I can't tell you how many times that I clicked on your playlists and stared at that Persona 5 Royal one. I eventually bought the game (10 months ago) and never got around to playing it. Refused to go the same route with this one. This is my first Persona ever, and I was already having a blast like 20 minutes in! I was looking forward to you playing it-- Can't wait to see your reactions + the options you choose!
