With all these item builds and emblem setup, I am definitely sure that his damage skyrocketed to a whopping 100k+++ damage. Which is astounding for a late game mage like Cecilion. Definitely an underrated hero built to unleash chaos on the battlefield.🔥
@@iztraviaser143 yah, its passive depends on magic damage so if you build magic items with high magic damage like holy crystal, it will increase the passive of lightning truncheon. Lightning truncheon is a must to cecilion.
@@alfikri4661passive is insanely good especially when you pair it with lightning truncheon. Damage multiplies as you trigger the butterfly passive of Wishing Lantern (which is HP based DMG) take note that it is build for melting tanks even the sturdy ones wouldn't stand it and more likely on bursting squishies. Depending on the enemy lineup, by the time you reach late game, Cecilion will definitely eat them alive especially when you add a little heat with glowing wand. Surely all hell breaks loose when you play him aggressively. 🔥
