I have always been a Vilmanian. I remember watching your movies on CinemaOne. I cried a river watching Anak in the cinema and a friend asked me why, sabi ko “ The story and the character of Miss Vilma felt like it was my Mom talking to me about what she has gone through working as a DH in HongKong.” Growing up, as a kid nagtampo ako sa kanya bcoz all i thought of ,was of her leaving me dahil sa pera lang. Without realizing that she has gone through a lot of tough times and the sacrifices she had made to provide me a better life. After watching the movie, I appreciated my Mom more.
