Thanks I think I did it right but will never know for sure cause my screen was completely smashed and couldn't see a thing lol! I just counted how many times you pressed the up& down buttons and the screen did light up as if it was performing the way it was in the video so fingers crossed cause I have to send it back to the manufacturer so I can get this stupid hold off my account lol. Do you know how to remove frp? Other videos you cant tell their finger motions whether their tapping the screen or not.

Is there a difference (in terms of impact on the phone) between the two methods?
Doing it thru the boot loader it actually wipes more and lines up the partition
Does this unlock the Sim lock code?
If they forgot to remove the email is there a way around it?
Wouldn't it not need the first part if you have the phone turned off then push the Vol Down and power button till u see the logo then release only the power button, then will bring you to the screen where you tap to highlight the wipe partition.
How do I clear the cache partition?? Clearing the cache partition every couple months is great for every android phone. But I don't see that option

Ok I didn’t delete the email before the hard reset and then afterwards I deleted the email and don’t remember the password, just deleted it from the parent supervisor account.. it’s not letting me bypass entering the old email and then says it’s no longer active? So it’s not letting me move forward with a new one
