It's bands like Walking on Cars and those listed above that makes me proud to say I am Irish :)
worked at local ireland festival electric picnic and got to see them on my break and oh my god what a show ive been wanted to see them for awhile and was not dissapointed goin go to all theyre performes
Why are they not that famous? So talented! Only discovered them three weeks ago as the radio station played a song of theirs and I googled them.
My parents are Irish but their parents were born in Africa. I was born across the water in Luxembourg. Life here is very easy going, I branched out last year and opened a shop that makes plastic shoes. They never caught on and now I am broke. This song reminds me of those happy days, I read it was written about Mick Jagger and Keith Richards. This makes me extra happy because my very first record that I bought was called 'Hey Jude'. Namaste.

Just bought their album and love every single song! Brilliant.
i'm an american and i was just recently in Kerry (and may i say that it was the most beautiful place i've ever been!) and i met the mother of one of the band members. we went to her restaurant after hearing a recomendation of it from one of the locals, and i ordered a panini. it was wonderful. all of her food was wonderful, and as we were eating, she told us about her son and this band. i looked them up and fell in love with their music. meeting that woman was a highlight of our trip.
I'm friends with Patrick Sheehy (the lead singers) cousin :) he's lovely! Proud to be irish :)

Saw Walking on Cars last night in the Olympia...They were brilliant and had the place rocking. Can't wait for the album to come out and I'll definitely be seeing them again when they come back to Kerry in December.
Yeah was there last night too, first time in Dublin just to see them, it was awesome :) definitely buying the album as soon as its out.
