If not recording. For example discord chatting. Can the person im talking to hear the preset or voice change effect? Because i tried it today when on discord with friend. He cant seem to hear any effect.

It's tough to say without knowing your current setup. It could be a bottleneck from processing power/RAM? Without sitting down and seeing how everything is routed it's tough to tell. I hope you get it sorted though! It is a nice little entry mixer that worked right out of the box for me. It could be a dud or just how things are being sent through the mixer.
