It is definitely true that this is a gorgeous performance of the present song! Everything is marvelous in this precious rendition: Gibbons' refined vocal as well as the polished orchestral sound. Thank you so much for sharing!
I've never had the pleasure yet, to have heard this early Bing. Crosby hit played in foxtrot tempo by this Hollywood favorite band. Thanks for sharing! The harmonies of the Biltmore trio (this bands vocal group) was hugely famous on radio at the time, and their signature harmonies at the end give reason why! This is a swell Brunswick I'd gladly have in my collection! 😊
Thank You so much! Boy I LOVE the Biltmore Trio, especially in this, the way they end this song for me is goose-pimple heaven!! I LOVE creative endings on these records!
Recorded November 14, 1930. And it's aces.
Gosh I love this...oh! That ending!😀💖
Thank You! I Know, I truly love the record! But that ending is grand indeed. I get goose-pimples everytime I hear it!
@@roybo1930 Welcome! To that ending, same here! And how!😁
Great record!
Thank You!
Great arrangement of a lovely song, very nice trombone solo towards the end. Thanks for sharing! 😊

Thank You so much! Earl Burtnett was just wonderful in every way!

Burtnett’s band today is not as well remembered as other period California bands (Lyman, Arnheim, Weeks for example) but was nonetheless an equal.
