I'm more for term limits and job requirements. most politicians need to be successful in their professional career and have a record before they have political careers. The wisdom of some elders is unmatched ... let's be honest, these older people started young in politics .. in tune 90s they were in their 30s and 40s... it's the voters and older folks vote more than the younger ones. The young have to participate to make change.
