Absolutely stunning scenery and brilliant twisties. I was on part of that route only last week, from Llandovery until you headed left to get to the Nant Y Cwr phone box.... which has no phone. It's possible that there are several places called the Devils Staircase, but the one you rode is not the one I know. For that you would have had to stay on the road you were on and you would have ridden down the staircase.... not that it matters a toss, a day out in Wales, in the sunshine, with mates.... can't be beat.
A few people have pointed that out! I'm now unsure as I was only going off the local knowledge riding in the group. Great place to ride non the less👍🏴🏴

In the first part of the video, you were riding past Llyn Brianne. When you said "this is the staircase", you were nowhere near the Devil's Staircase, which is a short section of 25% gradient with two bends that lies in the opposite direction on the road between Tregaron and Abergwesyn.

You should show a little more kindness to the wildlife. You are in there territory. Have some respect. Really enjoyed your videos but you are so rude beeping and swearing at animals that live there. Disgusting behaviour. I'm sore lots of men will mlan about this message but so disappointed. Ride safe

It doesn't have a road number on Google maps! Just Google "Devils Staircase Phonebox" and you should find it's location👍😜
I've done this particular run 🙂 My mate came over from Dubai and hired a GS- this day out did not disappoint.
Really was a great day out! Didn't like the average speed camera's over the Black Mountain though. Which doughnut came up with that top idea?
