And for 2 days I’ve listened to those same subliminals over and over and now I feel like I’ve got anxiety! Or like I’ve been mentally unstable, I can’t sleep and I’m really scared about it. Start with my negativity flush subliminal and then you can also try out the anxiety flush subliminal. But for sure use the flush 3-6 times per day for a few days and let me know how you’re doing after. Dont listen to those channels that you presume affected you as well.
