You can race people, you need to delete the car that is making your race disabled. If you still want fast cars then you should get 300hp 2300nm cars instead of that infiniti

There is a way to race with glitch cars you cant go under 2300 tq with any hp under 1695 hp

If your nm is above 2300 you cannot race it it gotta be 2300nm or lower
