I would SMASH this challenge...just gonna eat 1,5 kilo of walnuts and I'm done, cause 100 grams of walnuts has 694 calories so it's not that hard but people just eat the wrong things😂

For anyone wondering a women should consume 2000 calories a day whereas a man should consume 2500. Also depends on your exercise level but they’re just guidelines
