As a dash main (technically thunder dash because funny), I can confirm the dash strategy can be insane when pulled off right. Some tips though are that I never did well trying to clash when dashing, likely because I'm an idiot, but also because it's an even more idiotic idea. And PC is almost entirely nessecary if you want to get some good plays.
