Great video, very inspiring! This must not have been in the US, no hospital here has the power to detain anyone, even people who are brought in by ambulance, but it's a good thing they did keep her there! Also, I really thought the mother was going to find out she was pregnant again when she fainted! The officer was so sweet and kind to help her out, and in real life too! We need more people like him!

"...the truth always comes out." This is the life lesson, but not the last of the life lessons. You have to show compassion for those that are less fortunate for humanity to move forward. These videos inspired by real life stories are so dramatically meaningful. Yaroslav Shinder did his usual excellent portrayal as the compassionate security guard. Kseniia Komkova does a fine job playing the part of the mother and narrator of this story. She could have asked for help instead of shoplifting. She and all shoplifters should be punished. This is why morals are so low. The oh shame factor poor person. No stop with that and let them learn the hard way

Lying to get out of jail only to land in hospital was a dilemma, the kind security who apprehended her offered to cover the expenses!!! Imagine giving birth only to reveal her stolen goods!!! Doctor was nearly guilt-tripped to lie to the security guard, made Trisha faint!! A resolution and apology will be too late, but hopefully Trisha can make amends with her son before heading to jail!!! Plot twist, she was given a new lease at life to do good for once!!! Kind Bill!!!

How did we find out about the story if the officer decided to turn a blind eye to the theft
I am not proud I had to steal bread, peanut butter and jelly for sandwiches when I was going through chemotherapy to feed my son, my prescriptions were so expensive, I made sure my son ate due to chemotherapy I was not hungry, my son was only 12 years old at the time, the food shelters were always empty, I didn’t qualify for government assistance, not my finest moment, he had free lunch at school. I was lucky I didn’t get caught, I was a single mom. 😢 I prayed and it was answered by a couple of missionaries from a LDS church who invited me, after I became a member the church had a food shelter where I was able to get groceries thanks to the church donations.
