The Guidance arm will support the active arm keeping the appliance so that the tooth disorient and will aid in desired tooth movement or tipping

Sir I have a doubt the active arm should come from above if helix and retentive from down of helix and helix should be away from tissue??

Active arm should be on tissue side???

It depends..I prefer away from tissue as the active arm due to its force may cause tissue irritation so I keep it away from tissue

It is activated through opening the coil at the palatal aspect which will inturn lead to retraction of canine by creating tension in the active arm
