President Trump can use an executive order to dismantle DEI programs, just as President Kennedy used an executive order to establish them. In fact, Trump has already taken steps to do so by ordering the closure of all federal DEI offices and placing DEI employees on leave. This move is part of a broader effort to reverse DEI initiatives and promote a merit-based approach. Where people in power and with wealth can hang onto it and everyone else can be acrobats juggling all the problems and difficulties an unfair world full of inequalities throws their way but hey we have Juneteenth the dumbest holiday ever created that doesn’t honor our history and our struggles but dumbs it down to one event that happened in a town in Texas in the 1860s and sounds stupid. Just my opinion.
