When i saw you feeding the fish with dry food instead of goldfish or small tetra feeder fish , i instantly fell in love. It's a prove that you can keep oscars, arowana or whatever without feeding them live food.
I had an oscar that refused to eat pellets. It was finnicky. It ate goldfish, had to do it. However, it also liked those brine shrimp and bloodworm cubes.
"I had an oscar that refused to eat pellets. It was finnicky. It ate goldfish, had to do it"......live feeders are the worst thing you can give an Oscar or any other cichlid. They carry parasites & pathogens, which will get passed to your fish. And Oscars will eat pellets....don't feed him for a few days...he'll eat. Try Omega One...very good pellet food. crazycichlidkeepers.com
Dude, older video I know, but your tank is awesome! I love meeting people so passionate about something, and hearing them explain things is so entertaining and interesting at the same time. Great video!
bimosalexandres ususally it's determined by how much waste the fish produce, that's why goldfish need up to 75 gallons. Plus, he seems experienced at it really only looks crowded because they were all together for feeding time.
When I was in high school, I got a couple large Oscars that were being given away. I'd dump a dozen feeder goldfishes in there, and they would just go crazy killing them and trying to eat them, but ended throwing them up to go kill more. It was quite something.
This is awesome. I also have some Red tiger oscars in my vids and a Texas Cichlid and Jack Dempsey. Thats awesome that you are able to have a tank that big with such aggressive fish, and somehow they all get along.
"Oof" has been a part of South Asian colloquial slang for centuries, bruh. Ive been sayin it ever since I was a kid. Its the west that took too long to catch up
That's amazing. I wish I could afford a tank like that. Also my room mate has a fear that fish will grow legs and attack us in our sleep. I still can't take him seriously
My dad used to feed his fish pellets when i was a little kid and he called it cereal. I poured a gallon of milk in the tank because I thought it was sad that they had to eat cereal without milk.
WolfKing I did that too w/ my goldfish tank when I was around 5 years old I poured Apple Juice in there tank because if found it sad that they had TO drink water there whole life xD
I wish! Very cool. My betta lives comfortable in his 20 gallon lightly planted tank with his tank mates (4 amano shrimp, 3 nerite snails and a rabbit snail)
The tank is so beautiful and it makes me genuinely happy too see someone actually taking good care of fish and putting money into it. Beautiful fish, keep up the good work.
WOW, those fish are HUGE! They must be super fun and challenging. Do you do a partial water change every week? Just curious. Thanks for sharing! Super fun to watch. 😀
Nice tank...between the tank itself and its residents, you've got a lot of $$$$ wrapped up there. The largest tank I had was a 125 gal. acrylic...I loved it I once had an Oscar, and my assessment was that they eat until everything is gone, and they'll eat anything, haha. "Eat and grow" is the mantra of the Oscar. They grow rapidly, too; I got it at about 1 inch and within 6 months he had grown to about 8 inches!
The fish look healthy but you might want to in the best case scenario move the arrowana to a seperate tank or possibly a pond, because even though that's a huge tank the arrowana won't get to full size but it's organs will sadly reducing its lifetime due to crowding.
why the fuck people keep complaining about the small tank, fuck it, fish just fish, do can do whatever u want to it, small tank but they still survive is good enough...just like u put a tiger in a cage and said the cage too small for the tiger, all the tanks are small for all fishes since they also belong to the nature.
He sounds like manny the mammoth, the "monster" tank suites him (in a nice way) and my friend has a black moor goldfish in a betta bowl.... and I have a 40 gallon reef tank
Been doing a lot of research on tank size for all of my fish I have 10 fish ranging from 16 inches to 8 inches I know and you a bigger tank or more than one tank as long as my fish are healthy happy Bright and getting along that's all that really matters it's just been bugging me on all these forms of people being criticized for having small tank this one guy had a 600 gallon fish tank 600 gallons that's a lot of water and he had a bunch of fish in there but that's the best he can do that's a lot of commitments for fish so in the end if your fish are happy screw the haters let's see there tanks and judge them
Great video brother!!! Awesome collection of beautiful expensive fish!!! Pacu are awesome!! All of them are just amazingly healthy and that tank is so top quality... way kool brother
It's a great tank set up. Probably another larger one needed. I'm surprised some of the fish haven't had a try at having the Clown loaches when peckish!..but hey..yeah..great work.
When i saw you feeding the fish with dry food instead of goldfish or small tetra feeder fish , i instantly fell in love.
It's a prove that you can keep oscars, arowana or whatever without feeding them live food.
Yeah i agree. Its killing for literally no reason. I think a goldfish pond looks much nicer than a monster fishtank anyway
+Jack smith it's more fun tho
I had an oscar that refused to eat pellets. It was finnicky. It ate goldfish, had to do it. However, it also liked those brine shrimp and bloodworm cubes.
My turtle gets goldfish as a treat but sometimes they live to get pretty big

What a great aquarium! I'd rather sit and watch a fish tank than TV any day.
me too bro
curt same
Same
yeah for about a month, then you will flip on the T.V. ...tv always wins
Ovais A PS4
You can tell he loves and is proud of his fish lmao
Is there anything wrong with that? Lol
+Trash Bin No? Lol
Wouldnt you be? he probably spent a small fortune on those fish
Divinity I would to I love it
Divinity I love fish and I have one 20 gal tank
You're gonna need a bigger tank.
Some of these fish reach 6 feet in length. Awesome tank nonetheless and there is practically nobody that can afford a 1000 gallon.
Silly. Of course you can afford a 4000 liter aquarium if you work an average job and saves for it a bit, or build it yourself out of acrylic/plywood.
depends..acrylic is actually more expensive than glass here.
You also have to have a house to fit it in.
+OriginalMindTrick no… get a pool XD
+Carreño Parra yup! Prob a gigantic poop would be awesome with all the big fishes:p
the owner is a monster himself..
lol that's kinda mean lololol he looks passionate with his pets though
That's messed up.
+Comfy Pat Your icon o-o
+Comfy Pat The pfp
he looks like murphy better known as robo cop
Dude, older video I know, but your tank is awesome! I love meeting people so passionate about something, and hearing them explain things is so entertaining and interesting at the same time. Great video!
People really do look like their pets.
I wonder what you look like............
+Hotchner Pittman 🐗
Willy The Whale Shark No, but I've always dreamed of owning one because I have massive tusks.
hahaha so true
Almost wrote your comment for real 😂😂😂
is it just me or does he look like that dude from the bee movie who wants to kill the main character? (I forgot his name)
The Unknown Ken? But he sounds like Manny the mammoth. XD
Weirdanimalboy yeah, also I feel like I've seen you in the saurian vids
The Unknown Oh, yeah. I'm a fan of Saurian, your name and profile picture are familiar. Probably seen you there too.
Weirdanimalboy yeah I watch their vids too
The Unknown noooo!!😂😂
your tank is more crowded than the NYC subway during peak hours
bimosalexandres ususally it's determined by how much waste the fish produce, that's why goldfish need up to 75 gallons. Plus, he seems experienced at it really only looks crowded because they were all together for feeding time.
It’s 600 gallons
Here comes the tank police lmao
At first your tank looks crowded but then once you show the whole tank it looks great
The general rule is one inch of fish per gallon in a well-filtered tank.
I love how you know exactly which fish feed in what way, it's like your own balanced environment. Amazing fish!
This is definitely a tank you don't stick your hand in to clean lol!
Gotta use one of them toilet scrubbers
Why not
I just don't trust the pacu, shark and clown loaches...I don't have problem with others
But literally nothing in there has teeth
@@JBrass98 doesnt mean they dont have powerful jaws
Wow, these fish are beautiful!
Vlad Sicoe YEP
O
Every time I find a new hobby Dave is already there. Amazing fish sir
Love the tank! Aro and Pacu always go great together. :)
damn ray romano youve been hitting the gym huh
its wanderlei silva :)
Your arowana is absolutely stunning! About how big is it?
That big ✋ ✋
I'm guessing you spend a lot of money on your fish. That's awesome though I love the tank.
Skylar McLaughlin the arowana(sp) is a very
Expensive fish
ViTRTor BelfoTRT Oh I didn't know that. Thanks for telling me (:
ViTRTor BelfoTRT the silver arowana costs $50 or even free dumbass
Ryan Nguyen it's an albino silver arowana dipshit. They're priced between $600-$1000
Skylar McLaughlin i love you darling
You don't have to worry about over feeding the tank, but you do have to worry about over feeding your pacu
Those red sevrums are beauties
When I was in high school, I got a couple large Oscars that were being given away. I'd dump a dozen feeder goldfishes in there, and they would just go crazy killing them and trying to eat them, but ended throwing them up to go kill more. It was quite something.
Oh my God it's like a friggan food frenzy!
Happy TheCat its a friggan fish dood
This is awesome. I also have some Red tiger oscars in my vids and a Texas Cichlid and Jack Dempsey. Thats awesome that you are able to have a tank that big with such aggressive fish, and somehow they all get along.
Who is also watching this in 2019 and heard “OOF” at 2:01 , aka creator of “OOF”
"Oof" has been a part of South Asian colloquial slang for centuries, bruh. Ive been sayin it ever since I was a kid. Its the west that took too long to catch up
Those sevrams are beautiful. I couldn't think they would get along with oscars and pacu. But its great compatibility.
That's amazing. I wish I could afford a tank like that. Also my room mate has a fear that fish will grow legs and attack us in our sleep. I still can't take him seriously
Every time I see these big predator tanks they look so crowded. Maybe it’s just me but I feel like all these fish deserve their own tanks.
thoes fish need some milk
My dad used to feed his fish pellets when i was a little kid and he called it cereal. I poured a gallon of milk in the tank because I thought it was sad that they had to eat cereal without milk.
what happen then
WolfKing I did that too w/ my goldfish tank when I was around 5 years old I poured Apple Juice in there tank because if found it sad that they had TO drink water there whole life xD
I wish! Very cool. My betta lives comfortable in his 20 gallon lightly planted tank with his tank mates (4 amano shrimp, 3 nerite snails and a rabbit snail)
bro your fish are f#*king awesome!
shayna cope thank you
In my opinion. You can never keep fish of that size in an aquarium...
Very nice tank Dave I am huge bodybuilding fan didn't know you were in to aquariums. 👍🏻👍🏻.
The tank is so beautiful and it makes me genuinely happy too see someone actually taking good care of fish and putting money into it. Beautiful fish, keep up the good work.
I just wish they weren't so crowded. Seems like too many fish in 1 tank.
Very few people on RUclips feed their Oscar correctly! Happy to see those who actually feed pellets and not live fish.
And I'm standing here with a 20 gal tank with 33 goldfish
Note: i did get a bigger tank
DUBSTEP CAT what the hell? 33 in a 20gal?
Guppies
i really hope you upgrade to a larger tank soon
lola Pulkin already did
lola Pulkin I now have a 102.7 gallon tank
First thing i ever saw from you Dave that i liked. Had no clue you were a fish guy.
WOW, those fish are HUGE! They must be super fun and challenging. Do you do a partial water change every week? Just curious. Thanks for sharing! Super fun to watch. 😀
never saw an albino iridescent sharks, looks better than the normal ones i would say.
You have this big monster fish and i'm here with my Betta in 5 gallons tank
that Pacu is huge....I don't think I've ever seen one that in a fish tank before
man u look like dave palumbo
lmfao u are dave palumbo XD
Swolearnold it's dave palumbo
I feel like during feeding one day one of the arowanas barbs is going to be bitten off.
Interesting. I just wanted to see what was in a 600 gallon tank and it turns out it's DAVE PALUMBO'S fish tank!!!!
Nice tank...between the tank itself and its residents, you've got a lot of $$$$ wrapped up there.
The largest tank I had was a 125 gal. acrylic...I loved it
I once had an Oscar, and my assessment was that they eat until everything is gone, and they'll eat anything, haha. "Eat and grow" is the mantra of the Oscar. They grow rapidly, too; I got it at about 1 inch and within 6 months he had grown to about 8 inches!
Larger tank needed
agreed, i think if he found new tanks for the pacu and arowana it wouldn't look so bad
cole moore They dont look bad as all. And this tank is not over crowed.
nice opinion m8
Tank looks fine
600g is enough tbh
I am glad these fish don't eat each other. That is the big fear I have when ever you put a big fish with a smaller one in a tank.
How did I go from watching 22 savage to here
Jerardo Martinez 21
that's too funny... the Arowana knew the second you popped the lid on that krill! monster fish forsure bro
I am jealous of this aquarium =0
Suave Chiang Same!!
I’m jealous of your Asian eyes
I love your tank and how you feed it! But it's heavily stocked but I'd let the oscars go. But all and all its beautiful and the diet is amazing!
Thank you for this I love feeding time
The Albino Pacu is my spirit animal
beautiful tank great looking fish healthy and vibrant in colour great job man
amazing they don't fight I have a friend with an oscar and it's definitely a bully. fun to watch the mayhem!
The fish look healthy but you might want to in the best case scenario move the arrowana to a seperate tank or possibly a pond, because even though that's a huge tank the arrowana won't get to full size but it's organs will sadly reducing its lifetime due to crowding.
Le ShrimP lol what a 600 is 10 feet long and 3 feet wide.
Don't do such bad sins
The arowana looks absolutely beautiful, great video
top aquarium very good!!!
the albino paroons look beautiful
how did that arowana not gobbleup those clown loaches.
This video gave me serious nostalgia on a game I played.
Feed n Grow fish?
Tap tap fish?
Pike Johnson feeding frenzy
OVERSTOCKED
+David Bautista Fan its 600 gallons....
Absolutely agree. Too many fish in the tank. Little space to swim.
SpartanCreeper T and somehow he still manages to overstock
Looks overcrowded because they are all together in one part
If you see them spreaded around it ain't overcrowded
The tank extends to the left more
The tank looks like its over-stocked but, that’s because they are waiting for him to feed them, if they zoom out u can see the rest of the tank
This dude looks like shoenice
Good system for the upper and bottom fish man props to you
unreal tank
Thats a PERFECT sized tank for 1 betta fish
-Sarcasm
how do they survive in that small tank?!?! YOU NEED A POND!
Imo as long as he can keep the water everytime clear its fine 4 the fish
The king of DIY he needs a 2100g tank at least ;)
The king of DIY True, but who the fuck are you? You're not Joey.
why the fuck people keep complaining about the small tank, fuck it, fish just fish, do can do whatever u want to it, small tank but they still survive is good enough...just like u put a tiger in a cage and said the cage too small for the tiger, all the tanks are small for all fishes since they also belong to the nature.
enrique figueroa If they cost so much money then don't try to own something you can't afford to pay for dumbass.
Oh wow, those are some beautiful fish.
The type of fish I would love to have is a green moray eel
Need a really big saltwater tank then
Super Tank... Albino PACU great...
Those fish are HUUUUGGGGEEEEE
He sounds like manny the mammoth, the "monster" tank suites him (in a nice way) and my friend has a black moor goldfish in a betta bowl.... and I have a 40 gallon reef tank
A betta bowl he should get like a 10 gallon for it
Did u get plastic surgery
Nice monster- fish aquarium ! ! !
your tank is VERY overstocked.
It must be a living hell to clean that tank, & I only have a 20 gallon tank!

Jesus christ that guy is indistinguishable to those "monster" fish
this guy must of spent 1 million dollars on the fish, the food and the tank.

He's so smart 🐠 and has expensive tastes 😘 waiting to eat until you put his favorite in the tank ... What beautiful fish
I only got a 20 gallon aquarium full of platy and guppy, those fish in this video sure looks like monsters to me and my fish lol
whats the dimensions of the tank???pls tell
@20 seconds in thought he was chewing the pellets lmao

Wow, good to see they did not attacking each other.
Now those are monster fish...great video...your friend ''CHRIS THE HOBBY GUY''
Great video brother!!! Awesome collection of beautiful expensive fish!!! Pacu are awesome!! All of them are just amazingly healthy and that tank is so top quality... way kool brother
It's a great tank set up. Probably another larger one needed. I'm surprised some of the fish haven't had a try at having the Clown loaches when peckish!..but hey..yeah..great work.
